Properties in Bulgaria (easyBG Ltd.), established in 1998 is one of the very first companies in Bulgaria dealing with the consultancy and sales of real estate to foreign citizens and the first one specialized on the UK market. Properties in Bulgaria Real Estate (easyBG Ltd.) was the first one ever promoting Bulgarian real estate on the overseas property shows back in time when the name of the country as investment destination was not-so-popular as it is nowadays. The experience that we have gained over the last nearly two decades now gives us the opportunity to distinguish the exceptional offers promising a long term profit from the pure speculations giving only short term dividends. The company is engaged in the sales of family houses, apartments, offices, industrial premises and land. Apart from this activity Properties in Bulgaria (easyBG Ltd.) is an investor - in developement of family houses as well as in apartment complexes. A sister company deals with the maintenance of the properties after sale as well as arranging lettings as required by the purchaser. In that respect the company entirely closes the circle - purchases a terrain, realises a project, constructs, sells, manages and lets.
The Legal department of the company takes care of the clients from the beginning of the negotiations until the signing of the final contract. All due diligence is carried out by Properties in Bulgaria (easyBG Ltd.) on each property before it is offered for sale thus negating problems before they arise. This ensures a trouble free purchase for our clients.
Our Client Services department is capable of answering each inquiry related to the sale-trade of a particular property.
Looking to maximize your profits? You can rely on our accountants' consultancy.
If the property you have purchased needs refurbishment in order to correspond to your requirements the construction section of the company is in a position to offer and perform all kind of construction-fitting work.
Should the client need financing - our partners from the financial institutions will be a great help.
The company operates throughout Bulgaria and has 10 offices - in Sofia (HQ), Varna (2), Bourgas, Sunny Beach (2), Bansko, Borovets and Pamporovo (2). Recently Properties in Bulgaria has started its overseas representative offices network.
Properties in Bulgaria Ltd. is a limited liability company registered in Bulgaria having strong ties in the UK. This is a precondition for selecting the best practices from both Bulgaria and the United Kingdom, where the realty market is one of the most developed in the whole world. Our clients are mostly foreigners due to the narrow specialization of the company. The personnel are exceptional specialists, gaining the clients' trust with both professionalism and their friendly attitude.

Bulgarians become the biggest investors in real estate properties in their homeland, 01/09/2021 The Covid-19 crisis has affected all business spheres. However, according to data of Bulgarian real estate agents, demand and sales of housing properties have gone up, especially in the big cities. In their view, this is due to several reasons, but the latest increase in property sales is mainly due to the return of confidence towards Bulgaria’s property market. Investors are showing serious interest in depreciated holiday properties sold predominantly by foreign nationals who are rushing to sell their properties in Bulgaria even at prices below the market prices. This is so, because these people find it difficult to travel during the coronavirus pandemic. The main purchasers of real estate properties in Bulgaria are Bulgarian citizens living in Bulgaria or abroad who invest their savings in properties, in order to rent them or spend their summer vacation in them.
