Two neighboring plots of building land in the charming Ressen village, only 15 km from the historical town of Veliko Tarnovo. The Ressen village lies in fertile valley by the River Yantra. An attractive tourist destination - the ruins of the Roman town Nicopolis ad Istrum, built by the Emperor Trayan in honour of one of his greatest victories, is located near the village. Only 4 km is the distance to a unique nature reserve - a breath taking waterfall with an eco-path weaving around. The Ressen village is large, with wide asphalt streets, spacious trim green gardens and traditional houses. Attracted by the natural beauty of the region, during the last several years many Westerners have settled permanently in the village. Some of them run very successful tourist business.

The total size of the land offered is 1,706 sq.m (splet on 906 and 800 sq.m plots). In one of the plots still remain the stone foundations and walls of an old house and a farm-building. Old stone fence surrounds the land.

Price of the land, of course. Compared to the other plots in the same area being on the market for between 25 to 40 euros per sq.m, this one really seems to be a good bargain. 1,706 sq.m. for only 20,000 euros (!). It comes to 11.72 euros/sq.m. which is more than 50% below the market.
